I’m IMPRESSED!!! I don’t like Mac and cheese. It’s always dry, sticky, and mediocre. Not at SassyMac!! They provide a delicious cheesy saucy bowl of Mac that leaves you wanting to eat more even when you’re stuffed!! They have so many great menu options if you don’t want to choose what goes on your Mac! Oooor if you ... love a build it your way style they offer that too! Choose one protein and pile on toppings and sauces to your weird and crazy taste! They really have options and customization like crazy. To say there isn’t something on the menu implies you’re not trying to find something. We tried the Rodeo Mac which was amazing! And a BYO Mac! So fun!! Forgot to take a picture while it still looked nice 🤣 couldn’t wait to shake it up and start eating! Ooey Gooey saucy and tasty. Loved ordering from Donald at his truck and loved ordering from his staff at the store! They were friendly, helpful, and could tell they were enjoying their job! The place is bright and inviting! The serving size if you get the large is definitely enough for two meals. We both have leftovers! It reheats really well too! Very enjoyable! A cautionary warning to anyone who doesn’t enjoy cheesy, saucy, flavorful food that’s satisfying…. If this sounds like you stay away from Sassy Mac Boys cause they deliver on all of those fronts! Loved my first visit to this new restaurant in Machesney Park. Was greeted by their friendly staff. They offer a self ordering kiosk or at the counter with a person. I choose the kiosk and it was very simple. Got the pulled pork BBQ Mac. Was delicious! Very filling and a good value. The owner thanked me for my visit ... as I saw him greeting and thanking everyone while I dined in. Noodles and Company have always been bland like hospital food; this is not a problem here at all. The plain mac and cheese is a bit "typical," but the magic comes from the additional toppings you get to add to it, making it into a decadent dish worthy of several repeat visits. The noodle is cavatappi, and the large ... portion is truly huge for a hungry adult. I've eaten a caprese style both times that I've eaten here, and it was magnificent, easily making this worthy of yet another return for more. The staff is mostly younger and a fun vibe runs throughout the place. Family friendly, veggie friendly, probably even vegan friendly. Parking is free in the strip mall lot. I've had Sassy Mac Boys a few times now and always different items from the menu. I haven't been disappointed yet! Tonight was the Lobster Mac and Fajita Chicken Mac. Both were delicious. Very fair price for the amount of food you receive. The owner is also incredibly nice and goes above and beyond for his customers ... and community. We need more places like this. Read More

Dined in and ordered the Lobster Mac and Pulled Pork Nachos with Sour Cream. Mac was great, very cheesy. Loved the Nachos, we ordered a second plate. Everyone was super friendly and restaurant was clean.
